This guide is designed to show you all of the default features and functionality native to Service-now.com.

The outline for this guide is the default left navigation menu in a default Service-now.com instance. To access this list, navigate to your new or demo instance of Service-now.com or simply follow the directions to login to the public Demo Instance

This guide will take you through the default items on an application-by-application basis. Some of the information will be repetitive, so that if you are just interested in the 'Change Management' application, all the info you need will be contained within that section.

There are many ways to customize Service-now.com, including installing plug-ins. Since this guide is designed to show you default functionality, it will not contain descriptions of applications or modules that are created with plug-ins. Please refer to the specific documentation for additional items or customizations you add to your instance.

This guide is also a work in progress, as we finish the application guides, we will make them available here, so check back every now and then.
