For the past three years, Pink Elephant has delivered a series of free events in key cities around the world where we have presented our view – a ‘Pink Perspective’ of current industry, ITIL and ITSM trends.

The events are offered free to Pink Alumni as a way of showing our customer appreciation. One of our aims is to provide a direct two-way channel of communication between Pink and the practitioner community, where we can discuss news, trends and issues in our industry. For example, as a result of previous years’ Pink Perspective events - and the feedback of those who attended - we were able to influence key decisions made by OGC and APM Group regarding the direction of the new ITIL V3 certification scheme.

Overall, the feedback from customers – as well as our own assessment – indicates that Pink Perspective events are an extremely valuable experience for all! As a result, we made them an annual affair!

Introducing “Pink Perspective 2009”! Once again, you’ll have an opportunity to hear Pink’s views on the latest news and trends in our industry. It’s also a chance to let us understand the issues you’re concerned about so we can pass them on to the various governing bodies on your behalf. Once again, we offer these valuable insights at no charge to Pink Alumni.
