Hey there, I have a silly question.

When adding or Personalizing Variables in the New Employee Service catalog, I'm running into some problems.

When I right click on some of them (Employee Name, ERP Access), I can personalize the variable.

When I right click on other ones (Additional Services, Options), it doesn't give me the menu to Personalize it, it just gives the internet explorer right click menu.

What's up? Is there another place I have to go to edit those choices? Thanks!
