Blue Cross show and tell recording

Want to get some insight on Service Now and see an amazing instance?

Blue Cross Blue Sheild Minnesota was nice enough to show theirs off and allowed a recording of it too. So if you missed this, watch it here, post comments etc.

If you'd like to volunteer to host, I'd love to hear from you. Again, my e-mail: mattberan [at] gmail [dot] com

I just had a chance to watch this. Awesome. I'm going to share it with all of my Process Managers.

It has to install a player, is your system blocking that?

http://www.webex.com/downloadplayer.html

download the .wrf player

It's taking the new password (snc123) but then nothing happens. Just a blank screen.
:-(

it's now snc123

Has the password expired, vug123 doesn't work for me.

Thanks.

It must be your PC, the sound is fine on my computer. The demo has its own volume control, so you may want to check that along with your PC volume and speaker volume.

Is it my work PC having issues, or is the audio of this recording barely able to be heard?

I have an exciting Service-Now Admin position with a cutting edge company in the bay area!

Join a dynamic team with a great potential for growth. Bring your expertise, and determination to shine amongst the best. If you are ready to shine and expand and/or share your knowledge, then we want to hear from you.

Client has been an ITIL (applications dev. and service delivery framework) shop for four years, and has recently chosen to implement Service-now (Service-now.com) as part of their overall Customer Service Support platform. Service-now.com provides a modern set of ITIL based service management applications delivered on a single extensible development platform, and is
provided as Software as a Service. The platform is java-based, using a Tomcat Web server and running on Linux. One customer can have multiple instances of the same platform.

In the process of doing a gap analysis in prep for implementation of Service-now.com, and fast tracking the implementation using agile format (real time prototyping - think "war room" scenarios with process owners). They want to use out of the box application, i.e. zero to very little customization.

The need is for a seasoned Systems Administrator to come in ASAP and participate with the teams (ie. in facilitated gap analysis sessions with vendor) as they prepare for, and rapidly jump into implementation, offering technical expertise to the discussions, and then serve as the dedicated sys admin while a FTE is identified to hold the position once the implementation is complete and systems are stable.

In addition to previous experience as a Service-now.com Systems Administraror (a Must), this person must have excellent communication skills, a proven ability to transfer knowledge and train others in support and administration, to perform necessary status reporting to stakeholders, to be proactive - ie.. recognizes and reports on scope challenges. Since the product is java based, must be proficient with Java, J2EE a plus.
This opportunity is located in San Rafeal, CA with excellent benes and comp packages.
