Guide Description:
This guide provides an introduction to Service-now.com administration. It is designed to enable new administrators in building out and configuring their Service-now.com instances. Unlike what you are accustomed to, this guide does not have any specific requirements – No JavaScript, C++, so on knowledge required. It is designed to cover the fundamentals, giving you the knowledge you need to get the most out of Service-now.com.

I just checked and it is working fine. The format is Flash (.flv).
Some companies will block Flash videos from being viewed on their networks, so you may want to check with your Network guys, maybe get them to white list videos viewed from Service-now sources, like wiki.service-now.com & community.service-now.com.
I haven't been able to get the Admin 101 video to load, is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Other videos load for me without issue.
I am unable to view the images for the Discovery section. Our network blocks us from picture sharing sites like Flickr.com. Is there a special reason these images are coming from there and for future could these images come from a similar source other documentations are using?
